Location:
Ideally London, but will consider Kent, Surrey, Southampton, Reading, Oxford etc.
Hours: Typically, start at 8 and finish at 4:30 however this is work dependent anything over 9 hours a day is paid at over time rates

About the role:
In your role as Senior Engineer, you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. A key part of your role will be to coordinate and provide training for colleagues on new and existing products and services.
You will also be the team leader for the Service Engineers (which engineer levels to be agreed with your line manager), who will directly report to you for any support they need.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements Liaise with engineers, managers and other staff members to identify training requirements
Arranging of ongoing training programmes and reviews
Sourcing and maintaining technical literature information
Carryout onsite assessments, surveys and engineer audits
Updating database with necessary site and asset information
Provide technical support for service engineers, office and customers where required
Research information on new products and services
Provide feedback between office and service engineers
Assisting the Service Office with Technical Admin duties
Perform Servicing, Commissioning, advanced repairs, fault finding and Installation of pumps and pressurised systems (and waste pumps/submersible pumps if/when required)
Actively be aware of opportunities to promote the client’s Services
Lead a team of Service Engineers South (engineer levels to be agreed with your line manager), helping them with problems, issues or general support they may need. Working with the installation engineers to ensure they are performing their roles in the most efficient way and introduce improvements where necessary.
Essential qualifications, experience and skills required for the role:
Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
Advanced fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
Installations of pumps and pressurised systems
Minimum 10 years’ experience working with pumps and pressurisation equipment
Excellent knowledge and understanding of all manufacturers and types of water booster sets and pressurisation equipment
Good understanding of water systems and associated equipment
Experienced working with and fault finding with electrics
UK Driving Licence

Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
Health and Safety training required for the role
Good time keeping
