Apply NowAre you a detail-driven estimator ready to take the lead on prestigious, multi-million-pound façade projects? We’re looking for a Senior Estimator with proven aluminium glazing experience to manage the full tender lifecycle — from first drawing review to final negotiation.
You’ll take ownership of complex tenders across premium projects including curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors.
Tender Management
*
Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and technical documents
*
Prepare accurate, competitive, high-quality tender submissions
Cost Calculation
*
Produce detailed material and labour costings
*
Utilise specialist software including Schueco, Logikal, and ReynaPro
Negotiation & Procurement
*
Negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
*
Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
Relationship Management
*
Liaise with main contractors, architects, and internal teams
*
Build strong relationships to secure repeat and negotiated work
Project Analysis
*
Conduct site visits and risk assessments
*
Ensure full technical compliance of glazing and façade systems
System & Documentation Control
*
Maintain CRM systems
*
Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications
