Part of a group they design and construct complete vehicle solutions—including bodies, chassis, and bin lifts—at its Warwick and Blackpool sites. Renowned for their high-visibility, low-entry cabs (Elite 6) and a steadfast commitment to safety and sustainability they offer a competitive salary of up to £43,956 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers.
- Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs.
- Lead, support, and mentor service controllers.
- Handle escalations and resolve service disruptions swiftly and professionally.
- Monitor KPIs, workload, and work in progress to ensure smooth operations.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in a senior service control, scheduling, or coordination role.
- Innovation: Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
