About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and manage high-value kitchen projects from concept through to completion, delivering exceptional designs that exceed client expectations while driving strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present advanced kitchen designs tailored to client briefs
Generate and convert sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets
Manage the full design, planning, and installation process, including on-site surveys
Oversee projects from initial consultation through to final completion
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client journey
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ kitchen design experience
Experience working with German kitchen brands
Proficient in CAD software (Winner preferred)
Proven ability to manage projects from sale through to completion
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets
High attention to detail and professional presentation
Ability to provide examples of previous design work
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
