Senior OOH Consultant
Key Responsibilities
* Provide out-of-hours support to corporate travel clients
* Manage urgent and complex travel requests, changes, and disruptions
* Handle bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
* Deliver proactive solutions and exceptional customer service during non-standard hours
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience
* Strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo considered)
* Confident in fares, ticketing, and handling disruptions
* Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
