Senior People Operations Manager

As we embark on an exciting next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team within our People & Experience (HR) Team.
This role, managing, inspiring and developing a People Ops team of 3, will take a lead role across;
• Payroll -Hands on experience & escalation knowledge required as subject matter specialist.
• HRIS (looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies)
• HR Admin (full employee lifecycle admin)
• Compliance & Reporting
• Total Rewards
