Apply NowWe're looking for a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor! Preferably client | consultancy side for a West midlands based consultancy.
LOC 6 months +
Please note remote role 70% with 30% on site or in office.
Rate per day £350.00 to £400.00 per day , Umbrella.
The sectors were looking to target include Education, Landscape, Leisure and Housing.
The Quantity Surveyor will have strong pre-contract experience so Cost planning and estimating
Feasibility studies , Preparation of Bills of Quantities JCT , Tender documentation and procurement advice
Contract selection and negotiation
Full time role up to 6 months , however we expect this to be extended.
RICS is desirable but by no means essential but will need to be able to work independently and competently.
