Apply NowPinnacle are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven background working on large civil infrastructure projects for a main contractor, where you will be based out of Enfield.
the project will be working on, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation, utilities installation (electricity, gas, water, comms).
Duties
* Prepare and manage work package documentation, tender invitations, and evaluations.
* Support procurement of materials and services.
* Monitor and manage valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts to maximise project value and cash flow.
* Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and contribute to setting financial targets.
* Work closely with the supply chain to drive cost efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Support the Commercial Manager in client negotiations and dispute resolution as required.
Person Specification
* Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
* Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
Salary is paying up to £70,000k + allowance or car.
