The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an office of around 20 people and managing a variety of residential projects and apartment schemes across the Northwest.
Acting as an Employer's Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ideally MRICS
Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
5+ Years PQS Experience
Residential / EA experience would be a bonus
Able to work well within a team
Any CDM / Health & Safety experience would stand outIn Return?
£60,000 - £70,000
Hybrid Work (2 Days in office)
Flexible Working hours
Travel Expenses paid for
Great APC Support if required
Health Insurance
