Apply NowWe are currently recruiting on behalf of an established carpentry and joinery subcontractor based in Woking, Surrey, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Our client delivers high-quality carpentry, joinery and fit-out packages, working primarily with main contractors across residential, leisure and educational sectors. With individual project values ranging from £300k to £1.5m, they have built a strong reputation for reliability, quality workmanship and long-term client relationships. The office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Woking station, making it easily accessible for commuters.
This is an office-based role offering a salary of £50,000–£80,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within carpentry, joinery or fit-out projects and be confident managing the commercial aspects of multiple schemes from pre-construction through to final account including material procurement.
