Due to our growth and success we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN ALCESTER
Responsibilities
* Candidate Resourcing
* Managing candidates
* Candidate retention
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Business Development
* Arranging & attending sales meetings
* Telephone sales.
The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of recruitment processes
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with both clients & candidates
* Work as part of a team
* Have excellent telephone manor & customer service skills
* A Minimum of two years previous experience
