£44,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime

A national service provider within the refrigeration and cooling sector is looking to recruit an experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Service Engineer to support key clients. This role will be 30% AC, 40% Cold Rooms, 40% Chillers.

Salary & Benefits

£44,000 basic salary (40 hours per week, door-to-door travel)

Up to £5,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)

The Role

Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on refrigeration and chiller systems

Working within food manufacturing and processing environments

Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance

Ensuring compliance with F-Gas, H&S, and food-industry standards

Delivering a professional and customer-focused service on-site

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in commercial or light industrial refrigeration and chillers

Experience working within food manufacturing or similar industrial environments

F-Gas qualified (essential)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently as part of a national service team
