JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker for a solo children’s home in Basildon.
Role:
*
Support management and lead shifts
*
Provide therapeutic care and structure
*
Maintain safeguarding and Ofsted standards
*
Mentor junior staff
Shift Pattern:
3-week rolling rota including long days & sleep-ins
(7:30am–11pm range)
Requirements:
*
Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
*
Children’s residential experience
*
Strong safeguarding knowledge
*
Driver desirable
Supportive provider, stable service and real progression opportunities.
