We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to support young people in a children’s home setting.
âś” 2+ years in residential childcare (incl. shift leading)
âś” Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent)
âś” Strong safeguarding & behaviour management
âś” Calm, resilient and nurturing approach
What you’ll do:
Lead shifts, support young people with complex needs, mentor staff, and help create a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.
đź’ˇ 1 on / 2 off shifts | Sleep-ins included | Funded Level 5 & training provided
