Senior Revit Technical Designer - London - Up to £70k + Package

Looking for a great non-corporate team to excel as Technical Designer integral to the smooth running of projects. This newer player in the Design and Build Fit-Out game are looking for a Senior Technical Designer to join their expanding team.
Using your technical expertise, you will be responsible for creating and producing construction packages using Revit and seeing through delivery of the design. You must be knowledgeable in architectural design and building regulations and be able to advise on what is feasible in a project.

Prepare and coordinate production and construction package information using Revit
Liaise with site staff and attend subcontract meetings
Coordinate the following on site: snagging, quality control, setting out advice, surveys
Prepare planning and listed building applications
Assist with space planning
Assist in the production and mounting of presentation material
Enforce rigorous drawing protocol, filing, issuing and prepare drawing issue sheets
Lead the design process from due diligence through to site completion
Coach, mentor and supervise less experienced technical designers
