Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri

What you'll be doing:

Providing comprehensive and confidential administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director, and the IWE North Region team

Be responsible for the day to day management of the Dunfermline office, managing office supplies, contractor access, fire and water testing, cleaning etc.

Champion office wellbeing by supporting all office workers, through the provision of a clean, well managed office environment

Maintain key registers for the region (e.g fire wardens, first aiders, suppliers, vans, fob holders etc)

What we're looking for:

Ability to pass DBS check

Willingness to occasionally drive to other local offices
