Senior Technician
Location: Liverpool - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: Starting from £49,000 per annum

Hold a Bachelor's degree (construction-related) or HNC/BTEC (or equivalent) in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building or Construction?
Have extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and British/European Standards?

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Structural Technician, you'll be working within the Building Structures team, supporting them in delivering coordinated structural information for building projects. Your day to day will include:
Produce and check coordinated structural drawings, models, schedules and specifications
Develop 3D building structure models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
Coordinate structural information with other technical disciplines
Prepare reinforcement detailing and schedules to UK & European Standards
Undertake occasional site inspections, surveys and meetings with clients and stakeholders
Work within a robust QA and CDM-compliant environment
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Structural Technician is great for you if:
You hold a Degree, HNC, BTEC or equivalent in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building or Construction
You have extensive experience using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
You have a strong background in reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling
You understand CDM Regulations and British/European Standards
You have experience carrying out site or building inspections
You're commitmented to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
