Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department
Greet customers and record vehicle details efficiently
Liaise with workshop staff to chase work in progress and update customers on vehicle status
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
Organise collection and delivery of courtesy vehicles where applicable
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Liaise with the manufacturer for warranty authorisation and procedures as needed
Assist in promoting the dealership's brand and servicesRequirements:
2-3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
IT literacy; experience with Kerridge, ADP or similar systems is preferable
A clean UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate
