Service Manager
Based from their office in Northampton, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to join their team.
The duties of the role will include:
* Monthly/Daily Business reports using Excel
* Line-management responsibility for the staff within his/her area of responsibility.
* Customer Escalation and resolution
* Ensures good communications between all teams to minimise disruption
* Identify trends in issues seen in the field
* Technical Escalation and resolution
* Making determinations for equipment, staff, and training needs
* Responsible for ensuring that all colleagues receive regular 121’s and development in line with their role and aspirations and our performance management process
* Acting as a role model and creating a trust-based, productive, working environment which is characterised by a positive team spirit
To be successful in the role you will need the following:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Team-oriented thinking and working; a good facilitator and motivator of teams.
* Natural problem solver
* Time Management
* Familiarity of using Microsoft 365 - Especially Excel
* Electrical / Mechanical experience
