Services Co-ordinator
Experience in customer support, service coordination, or operations support within construction, heating, HVAC, or M&E or another Service Engineering environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Knowledge of contract-based service delivery is desirable but not essential.
