Apply NowOwen Daniels are supporting an established and highly respected aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Manager to join their growing team in Alcester. This is a pivotal role within a regulated, high-precision environment, offering the opportunity to shape and drive operational excellence across the business.
Working at the heart of the organisation, you will lead the SIOP process end-to-end, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and production while supporting strategic decision-making. This role is ideally suited to a candidate from a regulated industry background such as aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead the SIOP process, driving cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, procurement, and finance
Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting and supply planning models
Balance inventory levels, service levels, and operational efficiency
Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate SIOP meetings and present insights to senior stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standardsAbout You:
Proven experience in a SIOP / S&OP role within a regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working within ERP/MRP systems
