Site Agent

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a large-scale civil engineering project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major scheme with a duration of approximately 12 months, based in the Midlands.

Key Requirements

*

SMSTS certification (essential)

*

CSCS Black or White Card (essential)

*

Strong knowledge of FRC (Fibre Reinforced Concrete)

*

Proven experience in drainage works

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with reinforced concrete (RC) structures

*

Engineering background preferred, with the ability to oversee technical aspects of the project

Role & Responsibilities

*

Manage day-to-day site operations on a major civil engineering project

*

Oversee technical delivery and ensure engineering standards are met

*

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

*

Support project delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations
