About the Role
We are recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for a leading FMCG business
You will lead the site engineering function, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multi-shift engineering team
Drive planned, preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
Improve uptime, reliability, and OEE
Deliver CAPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure full H&S compliance across all engineering activity
Work closely with production and quality teams
About You
Engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong multi-shift team management background
Experience with Lean, CI, and maintenance systems
CAPEX and budget management experience
Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3)
Strong H&S knowledge (IOSH/PUWER desirable)
