Apply NowWarden Tyne are recruiting on behalf of a valued client who are currently undertaking the construction of a industrial facility at Sizewell C
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Manage and coordinate all scope of works including groundworks, cladding and M&E packages.
*
Manage the day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs safely and efficiently.
*
Supervise subcontractors, site operatives and suppliers.
*
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site.
*
Coordinate site activities, deliveries, crane lifts and material handling.
*
Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
*
Check workmanship and ensure all works meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
*
Maintain site records, daily reports, site inductions and progress updates.
*
Identify and resolve site issues, ensuring the project is delivered safely, to the required quality and programme.
Qualifications and Training Requirements
* Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6 or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline).
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* Appropriate CSCS Card (Black Manager Card preferred).
* Current First Aid at Work certification.

* Negotiable day rate
* IR35 Assessment and/or CIS working available
