Apply NowA capable Mechanical Site Manager is required who is motivated and proactive.
In order to manage mechanical works on active projects.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience in the mechanical services industry and hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Pipefitting.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering mechanical works safely, to a high quality standard of installation and on time, while also contributing directly to pipework installation activities if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day mechanical installation activities on-site.
Manage direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
Liaise with clients and Main Contractors.
Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, time sheets, and material / plant requisitions.
Ensure works meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Pipefitting • CSCS card – Supervisor • SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred or willing to obtain) • First Aid at Work (preferred) • Full UK driving licence • Clean criminal record due DBS checks on sensitive projects
