We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivery of high end residential builds across the South. Due to a new site starting in April they are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to run a £700k high end residential refurbishment for a private client in Windsor from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Experience of running high end residential refurbishment sites as the No1. Site Manager
Requirements:
*
SMSTS as a minimum
*
At least 3 years experience running client build refurbishment projects as the No.1
