Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an initial 3‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension subject to client satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience working on structured cabling projects, including both copper and fibre installations. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of engineers, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day‑to‑day site activities

* Manage and support a team of engineers

* Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met

* Maintain high standards of health and safety on site

* Coordinate with project managers and clients as required

* Ensure quality control and adherence to installation standards

Requirements

* Strong background in structured cabling (copper & fibre)

* Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to drive productivity while maintaining safe working practices

* ECS / CSCS
