* Leading the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and safety.

* Championing continuous improvement using Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
* Monitoring warehouse KPIs to improve productivity and performance.
* Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
* Previous warehouse or distribution management experience.
* A proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
