Due to recent expansion and the launch of a new SMART repair facility in Salisbury, they are seeking an experienced Vehicle SMART Repairer to join their team. Perform SMART repairs involving minor panel damage, scratch removal, paintwork preparation, masking, and polishing
Mix and apply paints to achieve high-quality finishes in line with manufacturer standards
Repair or replace damaged panels, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal condition and safety standards
Keep the working environment clean, safe, and organised
Support customer enquiries and prepare repair quotations when required
Collaborate with team members to support the growth and efficiency of the repair facilityRequirements of A SMART Repairer:
Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based
Relevant automotive accident repair experience, with skills in minor panel repair, vehicle re-spraying, and prepping
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and support a growing operation
Commitment to health and safety procedures
Excellent customer service skills
