Expert Reporting: Provide high-level written reports for court proceedings, case conferences, and other legal arenas.

Clinical Leadership: Offer practice guidance to less experienced staff and supervise competency-based learners or students.

Advanced Practice: Significant experience in Adult Social Care and deep knowledge of the Care Act 2014.

Professional Ambition: Candidates ready to undertake AMHP, BIA, or Practice Educator training are highly valued.
