🧩 The Role

You’ll be part of a busy Duty & Assessment Team, working at the front door of services — completing timely assessments and ensuring children receive the right level of support from the outset.

This is an ideal role for Social Workers who thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

* Complete Child & Family (C&A) Assessments

* Undertake safeguarding investigations

* Develop and implement child-focused plans

* Work across referrals, initial assessments, and short-term intervention

* Liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated responses

* Maintain accurate and timely case records

* Qualified Social Worker

* Experience within Duty & Assessment / Safeguarding / CP teams

* Strong assessment and decision-making skills

* Confident managing fast-paced caseloads

* Excellent communication and organisational ability
