We are working with schools across Manchester who are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
Your experience coaching young people could be a fantastic fit for a Teaching Assistant role.
You could be:
Working 1:1 with children who need additional support
Running small-group activities
Supporting behaviour and engagement
Encouraging teamwork, confidence and resilience
Helping pupils develop positive relationships with schoolYou don't need previous classroom experience - we're interested in your ability to build relationships, motivate young people and create a positive environment.
Sports backgrounds we welcome include: football, rugby, athletics, basketball, boxing, swimming, gymnastics, martial arts and more.
