Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join a facilities maintenance team based in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a busy commercial site, ensuring systems are maintained safely and efficiently. This role involves both planned and reactive maintenance within a large commercial environment.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

* Earlies

* Lates

* Monday to Friday, with weekend working on a rota basis

* Callout rota: 1 in 4

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the site

* Diagnose faults and complete necessary plumbing repairs

* Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipework, fixtures, and fittings

* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency callouts

* Work collaboratively with other maintenance engineers and contractors

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out

* Ensure minimal disruption to staff, tenants, and visitors
