Apply NowWe are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and RDSAPon a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
* Collection of accurate RDSAP data
* Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)
* Paid per completed survey – competitive rates
* Immediate start available
Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.
* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and experience collecting RDSAP data
* Preferably a qualified energy assessor
* Own transport
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available
