We are seeking approachable and hardworking Store Assistants to be the face of the brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks fantastic, shelves are fully stocked, and every customer leaves with a smile. Whether you are on the shop floor, in the stockroom, or at the till, you will be key to the store's daily success.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent, friendly customer service by welcoming shoppers and helping them find what they need.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till points (cash and card handling).
*
Replenish stock on the shop floor, ensuring products are displayed neatly and according to store guidelines.
*
Assist with accepting and organizing daily deliveries in the stockroom.
*
Help maintain excellent store standards by keeping the shop floor, fitting rooms, and staff areas clean and tidy.
*
Support the management team with seasonal promotions, price markdowns, and visual merchandising updates.
What Our Client is Looking For:

A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
*
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is a bonus, but full training is provided for the right candidate.

Great communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.

Reliability and excellent timekeeping.

A flexible approach to working hours, as the role will include some weekend and bank holiday shifts on a rota basis.

The ability to stay on your feet and handle the physical demands of a busy retail environment (e.g., carrying stock)
