What You’ll Be Doing as a Stores Operative
*
Supporting the efficient running of Production Stores and WIP (Work In Progress) Stores
*
Picking, moving, and issuing materials to support production requirements
*
Ensuring stock is stored accurately and safely
*
Maintaining goodstock control and inventory accuracy
*
Working closely with colleagues to support On Time In Full (OTIF) production requirements
*
Maintaining high housekeeping and 5S standards within the stores areas
*
Assisting with general stores duties and supporting the wider team where required
What We’re Looking for as a Stores Operative
Essential:
*
A hardworking and reliable approach to work
*
Ability to adapt and work across multiple stores areas
*
Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team
*
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*
A proactive attitude and willingness to support production operations
Desirable:
*
Forklift licence (training may be provided for the right candidate and may be subject to a training agreement)
*
Previous stores, warehouse, or materials handling experience
