Location: Redditch
Pay: £12.70 to £13.00 per hour
40 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Person to pick kits ready for production.
Skills and Experience needed:
* Experience working in a stores role, within a manufacturing
* Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
* Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities
* Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
* A good level of IT skills is essential.
* Experience of using SAP advantageous
Main duties:
* Main function is to pick and kit numerous parts for a variety of production cells across the site in line with businesses order book
* The role will involve a lot of lifting, walking and movement around site transporting parts to various production cells
* Following of company work to lists, route cards and reading engineering drawings.
* Maintain a clean workspace and surrounding area promoting a safe and efficient environment
* Following company quality process and reporting any non-conformances
* PPI to support Stock Manager when required
