Structural Engineer
The practice works on a broad range of residential, commercial, and industrial developments across the UK, providing practical and commercially focused engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of projects, including:
Residential housing schemes.
Steel frame and portal frame structures.
Foundation and substructure design.
Reinforced concrete and masonry design.
Structural assessments and technical reports.
Liaison with architects, developers, and contractors.
Key Requirements:
Around 1-2 years' experience within a structural engineering consultancy (Junior Level).
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
Progress towards ICE or IStructE chartership (desirable but not essential).
Experience with design software such as Tekla Tedds, MasterSeries, or similar packages.
Knowledge of Eurocodes and UK Building Regulations.
Good communication skills and an understanding of commercial project delivery.
The Package:
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
