Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Description

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

The Role

* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across road, sea and air freight

* Manage international import and export activity, ensuring compliance with customs regulations

* Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and packing providers to ensure on time deliveries

* Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation

* Monitor freight performance, resolve delays and identify continuous improvement opportunities

* Raise and manage purchase orders for spares and selected components

Requirements

* Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or procurement role

* Experience coordinating international imports and exports

* Strong understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation

* Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills

Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: £37,000 per Annum
