About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across welcoming mainstream primary schools in Ealing from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you are seeking regular supply opportunities, short-term placements, or the chance to gain experience across a variety of year groups and school settings.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality learning experiences in the absence of their usual class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

* Follow planned lessons and adapt teaching approaches where required.

* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.

* Support pupils to remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.

* Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

* Follow school policies and procedures.

* Provide feedback to schools regarding pupil progress and lesson delivery where required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

* Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.

* Strong classroom management skills.

* A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.

* The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

* A passion for providing high-quality learning experiences.

* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
