Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.
Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.Essential Requirements Candidates must hold relevant training and experience in some or all of the following:
PEG Feeding
Buccal Medication Administration
Medication Management
Epilepsy Awareness
Dysphagia Awareness
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Catheter Care
