Support Worker
Our facility provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. As a Support Worker, you will be the backbone of our care delivery, working across our specialized wards including:
Shift Patterns
We operate a rotating shift pattern to ensure 24/7 care:

Day Shifts: 07:30 – 20:00

Night Shifts: 19:30 – 08:00
*
Typically includes a mix of 3-on/4-off rotations including weekends.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; a good team player.

Resilience: The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or high-pressure situations.

Experience: Previous experience in mental health or learning disabilities is preferred but not essential, as full training (including the Care Certificate) is provided.

Requirements: All successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check
