We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in a children's supported living setting in Ellesmere Port.
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment, helping them develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Main Duties:
Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
Supporting young people with daily routines and independent living skills
General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable home
Meal preparation and encouraging healthy eating habits
Promoting a safe, caring, and supportive environment
Working as part of a dedicated team to meet individual care plans
Encouraging participation in activities, education, and social development
What We're Looking For:
A caring and patient nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
Previous experience in care/support work is preferred but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
