As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
💡 Key Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
* Assisting with mobility and promoting independence
* Building positive relationships with residents and their families
* Supporting residents with social activities and engagement
* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
* Working in line with CQC standards and company policies
🌟 About You
* Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential
* A caring, compassionate, and patient approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and flexible with shift patterns
* A genuine passion for supporting others
