Role Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred care and support

* Assist with daily living activities and personal care

* Support individuals with emotional and physical needs

* Follow care plans and maintain accurate records

* Ensure safeguarding and promote wellbeing

Requirements

* ✅ Minimum 1 year UK support work experience (essential)

* ✅ Must be backed by a UK professional references

* ✅ DBS on the Update Service

* ✅ Relevant training certificates (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, etc.)

* ✅ Flexible and reliable
