Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEN Support | Secondary School | Ealing

A respected secondary school in Ealing is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD. The school in Ealing promotes collaboration and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 SEN classroom support
Assist teachers with planning and resources
Support behaviour and engagement strategies
Track student progress and liaise with staff

Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
Strong behaviour management skills
Knowledge of SEN strategies in secondary schools
Excellent communication and teamwork
