Teaching Assistant Role- Ely
Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
Assist with 1:1 and small group interventions
Support students with additional learning needs

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people
A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for education and helping others
