Teaching Assistant

A high‑performing and inclusive secondary school in Islington is seeking a Teaching Assistant who can offer consistent, hands-on support to students across KS3 and KS4. This is a long‑term role for someone who enjoys building relationships and being a steady presence in the classroom.

You'll work closely with teachers to support learning, but also play an important role in helping students regulate behaviour, build confidence, and stay engaged throughout the school day.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
Delivering targeted 1:1 and small‑group interventions
Helping students with organisation, focus, and confidence
Supporting positive behaviour using the school's clear systems
