* Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Essential skills:
* Strong initiative and problem‑solving
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing classroom needs
* Professionalism, punctuality, and resilience
* Experience in education or childcare preferred
* Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
