A welcoming secondary SEN department in Tower Hamlets is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with strong ASD experience and a background working in an SEN school or specialist provision.
Key duties:
Supporting students with autism and complex learning needs
Providing 1:1 and small‑group SEN support
Aiding engagement, communication, and independence
Assisting with differentiation and access to learningYou must have:
Strong SEN school experience (ASD essential)
Confident communication and behaviour support skills
A patient, proactive, and resilient approach
